Application
High Temperature and Aggressive Environments
Its high free energy of formation makes alumina chemically stable
and refractory, and hence it finds uses in containment of
aggressive and high temperature environments.
Wear and Corrosion Resistance
The high hardness of alumina imparts wear and abrasion resistance
and hence it is used in diverse applications such as wear resistant
linings for pipes and vessels, pump and faucet seals, thread and
wire guides etc.
Biomedical
High purity aluminas are also used as orthopaedic implants
particularly in hip replacement surgery.
Product Description
Aluminium Nitride (AlN) is an ideal choice for heat dissipation
substrate in electrical applications. It has high mechanical
hardness, high thermal conductivity, similar thermal expansion
coefficient with Si, excellent electrical resistivity and good
chemical stability. Besides, Aluminium Nitride is non-toxic.
Surface oxidization will happan when operating temperature is in
excess of the maximum. In oxidizing atmospheres, this happens
around 700℃. In inert atmospheres this happens around 1300℃.
Due to different forming methods, there are three types of aln
ceramic in our company, Tap Casting AlN, Dry Pressed AlNand Hot
Pressed AlN, tap casting is suitable for thin ceramic sheet of
thickness<2mm, dry pressed and hot pressed is suitable for thick
ceramic sheet and other shaped parts.

2.Excellent electrical insulation(Low dielectric constant and loss)

4.Similar linear expansion coefficient with Si

Q: Is it possible to provide samples?
A: We can supply 1-2 samples, but we do not bear the shipping cost
of the samples.
Q: How long is the delivery time usually?
A: Product delivery is subject to order quantity and processing
requirements, and different product delivery times are
inconsistent. Generally speaking, the delivery time of 1-2 common
product samples is about 35 days.
Q: Which payment methods are supported?
A: T/T; credit card. Currently our company supports these two
payment methods.
Q: What is the shipping date? How long can I ship?
A1: Shipped within 72 hours after the balance is settled
A2: After the production of the product is completed and passed the
internal inspection of the company, we will send the finished
product image to the customer for confirmation. After the balance
is settled, all the products will be sent to the customer's
designated delivery location.
